We deliver and collect our Plasma LCD Hire screens from 10.30 to 20.30
Monday to Thursday, and 10.30 to 16.30 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There
is a Supplement for delivery and collection outside these times. The charge
shown on the guide map is the total combined Delivery Collection charge. You can
collect smaller equipment from an address in Epsom.
The actual charge will depend on the time of day, parking charges,
congestion charges etc. We allow one free hour for setup from the time of
arriving on site and charge £20.00 per hour thereafter. At major exhibition
centres such as Excel, Earls Court, Olympia, Wembley you should
allow for delays due to Stands not being ready, power not available etc.
Also, as we set up equipment for you, we need more than the 20 minutes
allowed for delivery parking on single yellow lines. For London's West
End and City
parking is very restricted (and patrolled aggressively by Parking Wardens)
so please check with your venue for delivery restrictions. For home rentals,
