Payment Methods for your Rental Hire

Your rental consists of two initial payments, (a) a Refundable Deposit and (b) your First Rental Instalment. This is followed by further Rental payments as each period passes (weeks, months). Your  Refundable Deposit is returned at the end of your rental subject to you having paid for the complete rental contract period, not lost the equipment or, had the misfortune of the equipment being stolen or, damaged the equipment.

All payments must be made in advance. Your Refundable Deposit can be paid in cash on delivery or, by credit/debit card in advance of delivery or by cheque. Cheque payments not bank guaranteed, must have bank cleared before the rental. Your first Rental payment can be paid in cash or by cheque on delivery, or, by credit/debit card in advance of delivery. Again, cheque payments not bank guaranteed, must have bank cleared before the rental. Subsequent Rental payments can be made by a cheque or credit/debit card or, by a Standing Order with your bank. Standing Order forms are also supplied at the time of delivery.

We accept all Debit/Credit cards except American Express and Diners. Card details are taken at the time of booking. There is a charge if you cancel the rental after the Card transaction has been made. This will be advised to you at the time of booking.
