You may lose your Refundable Deposit if the equipment is stolen, damaged, you fail to make payments or, default on your rental contract.
At the end of your Rental contract you will be given the option to renew the rental.
The price of a rental comprises a Refundable Deposit, the Rental itself and a Delivery/Collection charge that includes equipment setup. (In our local area this is free.) The Delivery/Collection rates are time/date variant. We do not allow public access to our Workshop but you can collect and deliver to another address in the Epsom area if, arranged in advance.
Our technician will show you the important points about the equipment, connect and test, and make sure you are happy with what you have received. After the first hour, we charge at £20 per hour, per staff member, irrespective of reason. (If you have been to the big exhibitions centres at Excel, Olympia etc you will have experienced, the stand not ready, no electricity problem, late access and so on! Best budget for it.) We also deliver and collect in the evening and at weekends and offer a charged for, emergency delivery service for short notice rentals.
There are no hidden extras other than what has been mentioned above, and a price supplement for emergency deliveries, and a price supplement if you wish to take equipment out of the UK. VAT (Tax) is 0%.
For many items of equipment you will be credit checked and the rental may be refused if you have a poor credit history. You may be asked for identification, and items such as a utility bill or airline ticket in order to identify yourself and your circumstances. We may also ask to see debit/credit cards used for payment by telephone.
In unlikely event of something going wrong and, you are on a short term rental of seven days or less, and in our service area of London and north Surrey, we will attempt to get replacement equipment to you in a matter of hours, logistics permitting, seven days a week, and this is advised to you on your rental agreement. We will also offer a full Rental refund for the unit if this is your preference. On longer term rentals, replacement is on a next day basis. If within three days of registering a problem , we have not advised solution, or repaired or replaced equipment, you can cancel the rental and we will refund the Refundable Deposit and any other monies paid for rental in advance.
If you are outside our service area of London and north Surrey, it is our aim to replace a faulty unit with another unit despatched to you next working day after receiving the faulty unit at our workshops. (We reimburse courier costs.) If we fail to send a replacement unit to you within three working days of receiving the unit from you then, you are entitled to cancel the rental and have your Refundable Deposit returned.
After reporting a faulty unit we will offer a daily rental refund if the unit is genuinely faulty physically. (And not due to operator error!)
We personally collect faulty equipment in the designated delivery area for the equipment. A unit outside this area may have to be sent by courier.
We offer telephone support 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
Available stock and prices change daily. You can make an advance booking with a cleared non refundable deposit and at times of high equipment demand, this will be compulsory. (This will be deducted from your Refundable Deposit due on delivery.)
